We wanted to share this opportunity with as many people as we could. My family went with us to see the Draper Temple, and it was amazing. The spirit was so strong, and I wanted my kids to have the experience. I have been to many Temple open houses, which is very fortunate, I want my children to have the same, while they can. This is one thing we got to enjoy as a family. My two nieces and my nephew were able to come and go with us. They really enjoyed it. My parents also attended the event with us. My dad and mom were so patient, and my mom was such a trooper, she walked the whole thing. I am so proud of her. Thanks so much for the great time we had. It is something Paul and I will always cherish as parents, that we can share this part of our testimony and lives with our eternal children and family. It means so much to me, because I was adopted and then sealed to my parents in the Jordan River Temple, and I can pass that on to my Family.

Scout Fun!
About a week ago, we had a way fun opportunity of taking William to the police station with his scout troop. He is in the Tiger cub program, and he Loves it! We went to the South Salt lake police department, where they took the boys on a tour of the station, the boys had a blast looking at all the different rooms. And for some odd reason they found the holding cell for criminals the coolest, a couple of boys wanted to be locked in! It was hilarious. The boys got to talk to a few different officers, and one police officer we met was very cool. He is the Oso the police dog! He was chewing on a napkin and the boys were a little concerned he might swallow it, and that was all they could talk to the other officer about. A few good questions were finally asked, and they told us all the amazing things that Oso is trainied to do. The boys got to push the siren on a motorcycle, and see the motorcycles that they ride on. The boys had a great time.
I never thought I would see myself back in scouts! I say back in, because if any of you know my dad, we girls were raised in the scouts. There is no word or expression that could describe my dads life devotion to the scouting program. When he was born, he probably came out giving the scout salute! My dad took my sister and I on the scouting campouts every other weekend. Not to mention the meetings and it could go on. We loved it though. He claims he stopped taking us when the boys started asking where we were. I believe one time I even was dubbed the mascot. Well, now my boys get to enjoy the same wonderful opportunities, and I am grateful my dad, and husband can be right beside them helping them learn. Let the Adventures Begin!
What is the matter with my kids?!
I published a post a while ago about Annie being able to sleep anywhere. This just proves how sadly true it is. She was playing on the bathroom floor and next thing I know she is asleep on my slipper folded in half face down.
Then I find Emery playing in my linen closet! What in the world is he doing you ask? I have absolutely no idea. I think he mentioned something about hide and seek, or trying to sleep. I don't know but all I can say is boy its a good thing these kids are flexible. I don't think I could do these things anymore. And that my friends is what makes me feel tired and old!
Ahhhh! Make it stop!
This child has me at my nerves end. Her doctor said she was ahead of schedule, but this is ridiculous! She has just started crawling, finally, It took forever to get her to crawl on her hands and knees, instead of her feet and head. Well now she is pulling herself up on everything. She thinks its hilarious of course, and is attempting to let go and stand or start running which ever comes first! I can't keep up!
Introducing Princess Annie
This is Princess Annie. She gets whatever she wants from her daddy. Notice how her hands are litterally wrapped around his finger, well this sentiment goes both ways. On this particular day and evening, Princess Annie refused to try to crawl, to be put down, and she really didn't even want to be held. So her daddy walked with her all over the house, and this was the only thing that made her happy! So she was crowned and is now known as Princess Annie. She rules this castle, and all who live there. The End
